If you wish to make a day of your experience, there is the 400 acre Rushmere Woods with their very popular Sculpture Trail, this is about a 15-20 minute walk away. For those who enjoy longer walks you can continue through Rushmere Wood to the Visitors Center at Stockgrove Park.
If you fancy a walk for a nice pub meal, the village of Great Brickhill is only 15-20 mins walk with the Old Red Lion Public House this does good food Tuesdays to Sundays 11am – 2.30pm.
For those wanting an easier walk the Grand Union Canal is 1/4 mile away and offers the Three Locks Public House which serves food all day, you can spend some time watching the canal boats going through the locks. Plus the Three Locks Golf Club welcomes visitors!
